If you have a special talent for organizing and motivating others, you should consider volunteering for one of the open 2022 Board positions. These positions take 2-6 hours a week and allow you to make a significant contribution to the league and the direction it takes!
Secretary - Responsible for taking minutes at all board meetings, maintain files and records of the league, give notice of all DVLL meetings, conduct all correspondence and perform other duties as are customary.
Safety Officer - Responsible for implementing plan for increasing safety of activities, equipment and facilities through education, compliance and reporting. Performs background security checks and facilitates insurance claims.
T-Ball Agent - Serves as the contact person for all T-ball parents regarding player registrations, including residence and age eligibility. Submit to Little League International, team rosters, including players’ claimed, and the tournament team eligibility affidavit. Coordinates All-Star or City Tournament teams formation.
Baseball Agent - Serves as the contact person for all baseball parents regarding player registrations, including residence and age eligibility. Submit to Little League International, team rosters, including players’ claimed, and the tournament team eligibility affidavit. Coordinates All-Star or City Tournament teams formation.
Softball Agent - Serves as the contact person for all softball parents regarding player registrations, including residence and age eligibility. Submit to Little League International, team rosters, including players’ claimed, and the tournament team eligibility affidavit. Coordinates All-Star or City Tournament teams formation.
Equipment Manager – Responsible for ensuring that all equipment is safe and in proper working order before distributing to coaches, having all damaged equipment repaired or replaced upon review, inspecting and inventorying all equipment when returned at the end of season
Softball Umpire In Chief – Responsible for ensuring that all softball umpires are properly trained and work together to promote strict conformity to the policies, principles, rules, and regulations of DVLL & Little League Baseball. Coordinates and schedules all softball umpire hiring and recruiting training and assignments.

Member at Large – Board voting member with no specific duties except to attend and participate in DVLL Board Meetings
